Get your Groupwise Username/Password

GroupWise accounts (usernames and passwords) are created for students, faculty, and staff.

You can obtain your account details in any of the three easy ways:

1. Attend New Student Orientation where an IT employee will hand you your personal username and password.
2. Call 877-339-9487 (toll free) 
   • To authenticate your identification, you will need to include your:
     1. Full name
     2. Student ID number
     3. Birthdate
     4. Last 4 digits of your social security number
3. Send an email to gwhelp@tiu.edu
   • using some other existing email account such as AOL or Yahoo.

Now you can view your Trinity email online at http://mail.tiu.edu/ or set up a Groupwise Rule to forward your Trinity email to another account that you frequently check.
