Professor Kall is an attorney with the firm of Agnew & Brusavich. He is a member of numerous legal societies dedicated to attorney education including the American Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles Association and California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform. In addition, Professor Kall is a member of the Civil Procedure and Legislative sections of the Consumer Attorneys of California Association, where he reviews and comments on proposed legislation. He chairs the Barristers section of the South Bay Bar Association, a section designed to educate young attorneys on various aspects of legal practice. He is presently compiling a primer on elder abuse legislation. Professor Kall teaches Civil Procedure and Civil Litigation Skills.

Professor Larson is an associate with the firm of Covington & Crowe, LLP where he practices civil litigation and business law. Professor Larson is also an attorney for the Judge Advocate General's Corps assigned to Trial Defense Service and serves as the unit's Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defense Officer. While a law student, he clerked for the Rutherford Institute researching issues of religious freedom and parental rights. Professor Larson teaches Corporations, Professional Responsibility and Legal Ethics.

Peter Lee

Professor Lee is Assistant Chief Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security, where he represents the U.S. government in deportation or removal proceedings frequently involving aliens associated with criminal or terrorist activities. He is an active member of the Maryland State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Professor Lee teaches International Criminal Law, Administrative Law, and Immigration Law.

Governor Pete Wilson appointed Judge Lopez to the Bench of the Los Angeles Superior Court in 1994. He currently presides over felony jury trials. Earlier in his career, Judge Lopez served as presiding judge for the Los Angeles Judicial District at the Los Angeles County Municipal Court from 1993-94. He was appointed to the Municipal Court by Governor George Deukemejian in 1989 and was elected to the position of Municipal Court Judge in 1990. Judge Lopez is a popular speaker for legal conferences and has taught at Pasadena City College and California State University, Long Beach. He is an active participant in the Judicial Outreach Program speaking at various local elementary, middle and high schools as well as to local colleges and law schools on careers in law. His numerous judicial awards include the "Outstanding Jurist" Award in 1993. Judge Lopez teaches the Criminal Procedure, Trial Practice and Appellate Advocacy courses.

Professor McCarron is an experienced real estate and business litigation attorney and is currently with the firm of Harbin & McCarron. Professor McCarron has taught at Trinity Law School since 1994. He previously taught at the University of Phoenix and Rancho Santiago College. Professor McCarron is also a Temporary Judge for the Orange County Superior Court. He also lectures for Continuing Legal Education providers, including the Orange County Bar Associations's Annual College of Trial Advocacy. Professor McCarron currently teaches Contracts.

Professor McDonald has served as a Los Angeles County Public Defender for eighteen years. Specializing in litigation, Professor McDonald averages approximately 20 to 25 trials annually. In 1996-97, he was named Professor of the Year. Professor McDonald teaches Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure.

Professor Moriarty practices bankruptcy law with the Law Offices of Weneta M.A. Kosmala. She has practiced in the area of bankruptcy law and civil litigation for ten years. Following graduation from law school, Professor Moriarty clerked for the Third Circuit Court of Appeals for the State of Louisiana. A member of the Louisiana and California Bars, Professor Moriarty is a member of the Board of Directors for the ESA Community Service Agency. Professor Moriarty teaches Civil Procedure.

Professor Overtoom currently works as a senior deputy district attorney, focusing on criminal law prosecution. He has also worked as an attorney for the law offices of Fabozzi, Prenovost, Bergh, and Dawe where he represented banks and businesses in litigation and bankruptcy matters. He teaches criminal law.
Michael Parker

Professor Parker is Senior Litigator for Sam Kim & Associates, where he tries cases involving fraud, business torts, breach of contract and eminent domain and employment matters. His experience further includes handling all aspects of civil litigation in state and Federal courts including appeals. Professor Parker teaches Torts, Remedies and Immigration Law.

Professor Radcliff is currently a partner with Reich, Radcliffe, and Kutter. He has an LL.M in Tax law and an M.A. in Theology which strong interest in the integration of law and theology which he writes about on his blog. He teaches Civil Procedure.
Myron Steeves

Upon graduating from Biola University, Myron Steeves spent several years as a missionary with an emphasis on Christian ministry in the Middle East. This work brought him to the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and India, in addition to developing a training program in the United States for foreign missionaries. Steeves has practiced law practice in Southern California for 19 years, primarily in real property and general business litigation, as well as advising churches and other nonprofit organizations. Steeves began teaching at Trinity Law School in 1992. His primary teaching area is Constitutional Law. He is also the Director of Development and Alumni Relations for Trinity Law School.

Lloyd E. Tooks

Professor Tooks is a sole practitioner litigating primarily in the area of employment discrimination and other constitutional issues. He also consults with religious organizations on First Amendment issues. Professor Tooks has served as a Civil Rights Advisor to the NAACP and as a partner in the Los Angeles firm of Sanders and Tisdale. Following graduation from law school, Professor Tooks clerked for the Honorable James M. Carter of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Professor Tooks teaches Employment Discrimination and Civil Rights courses.

Judge Wilde practiced law for twelve years with firms specializing in civil and criminal appellate practice. In 1992, she was appointed to the San Bernardino County Superior Court where she presently adjudicates criminal trials. Judge Wilde served in a civil assignment from 1993 to 1995 presiding over negotiations resulting from the decommission of George Air Force Base. Her leadership and expertise throughout these negotiations earned her numerous community awards. Judge Wilde teaches Alternative Dispute Resolution, International Conflict Resolution and Professional Skills courses.
