Adjunct Law ProfessorsRobert Anderson BA, CSU Fullerton, 1974 JD, Western State University College of Law, 1981 Professor Anderson is a sole practitioner with a general practice that includes civil litigation, custody/visitation/domestic violence issues in family court, criminal defense, bankruptcy, and estate planning. Civil litigation has included not only successful trials to verdict but a successful appeal to the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Family court has included a successful "move away" custody trial of an only child. Criminal defense has included the successful jury trial defense of rape and kidnapping charges. Additionally, Professor Anderson is the Executive Director of the Christian Legal Aid Office and the Trinity Law School Legal Clinic, which provides free legal services to, among others, those involved with the Orange County Rescue Mission, various shelters, and local churches in Orange County. Professor Chinn is a Senior Deputy District Attorney for Orange County where he prosecutes medical professionals and attorneys accused of insurance fraud. An adjunct professor for Trinity Law School since 1996, he has also taught for the California District Attorney's Association on topics including insurance fraud investigation and prosecution. Wianecki, Managing Attorney, who are in-house counsel for Safeco Insurance Company. He is AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell and serves as a mediator, arbitrator, and Judge Pro Tem through the Orange County Superior Court. Professor Dunn is a Senior Judicial Attorney for the California Court of Appeals, Fourth Appellate District. For twelve years he served as Senior Deputy District Attorney for the County of Orange where he prosecuted felony cases and handled felony and misdemeanor appeals. He was named Attorney of the Year by the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County. Professor Dunn has taught as an adjunct law professor at Whittier Law School and Western State University College of Law. Currently Professor Giebel is a consultant for Giebel & Associates, which advises small medical device companies on FDA regulatory compliance issues. Professor Giebel entered Regent University School of Law following a career in biomedical research and teaching at the National Institutes of Health, Loma Linda University. Professor Giebel is a member of the Colorado and California Bars and is active in a number of professional organizations including the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Medical Device Reporting Networking Group. Professor Hirsen is Vice President and General Counsel for SBD Group, Inc. and Mitsui RES Syndications, a multi-national corporation where he directs international business transactions and litigation for both inside and outside counsel. He has over eighteen years of experience in international business transaction law and negotiation. Author of more than thirty articles on legal and public policy issues, Professor Hirsen is a frequent lecturer for county bar associations. Professor Holsclaw served as Interim Academic Dean for TLS, as Acting Assistant Attorney General for Legislation in the United States Department of Justice, and as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the California Department of Justice. He was responsible for the development of criminal justice policy for the California Attorney General. Professor Holsclaw has participated as a member of the Megan's Law Task Force, the U.S.-Mexico Border Task Force, and the National Association of Attorneys General Task Force Concerning the Victim's Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. He is a recipient of an Outstanding Achievement Award from Victims, Families and Survivors of the Oklahoma City Bombing, and the Randolph Award, the highest award given by the United States Department of Justice.
