Desired Outcomes for Educational Ministries

The Masters of Arts Concentration in Educational Ministries exists primarily to further the development of educational ministry leaders. Therefore, the degree is not primarily a preparatory degree nor is it skills or technique oriented. The orientation of the degree is to enhance what people are doing in ministry and also to challenge and broaden ministry perspectives. We desire that persons leave our program (a) with an informed theoretical perspective on practice (b) able to engage culture effectively (c) demonstrating a disposition to service, and (d) committed to the development of people.
