Procedures for Churches and Ministries that Are Seeking Staff
The Placement office offers consultation to churches and other ministries regarding the placement process and offers individual recommendations for résumés sent to you for our students or alumni.The Placement procedure for churches and other ministries should proceed as follows:
- Contact the TEDS Placement Office
- Complete and submit the Ministry Information Form in Pdf format and any Role Descriptions/Qualifications, or submit it online
- Receive résumés of recommended candidates from TEDS
- Contact candidates for direct dialogue
Because of our fittedness approach to placement, we require the completion of a number of documents by those seeking ministry staff. These documents include the following:
- Ministry Profile: Ministry Information Form
- Role Description
- Role Qualifications
- Related Ministry Materials
These documents should be filled out and sent to the TEDS Placement office in order to begin the placement process. The Ministry Information Form (MIF) originates from the TEDS Placement office and guarantees basic information for our records.
All information on the Ministry Information Form is considered confidential, and will be handled as such. All other documents should originate with the church or ministry.
